It's a 1.6 Vectra hatchback. It's actually much newer than my own car and has some snazzy things that mine doesn't, like radio controls on the steering wheel.
But I don't really like it that much.
It's fine enough and easy to driver, but it just feels so light weight and practical. It's not, like my lovely Puma (and this is where the car snob comes in) a driver's car. It's a comfort car. I'm so use to driving a coupe now and whilst this Vectra is perfectly nice its just no fun to drive. My Puma has such brilliant road handling, great breaks, a sharp gear shift. This just feels all fluffy and less precise in comparison. I love driving my car. This one just feels soulless.
They allegedly will have my car fixed by next Monday so I can hopefully have it back soon, although with a big new panel to fit and several resprays I won't bank on it.
What I have learnt from this experience is that I'll be getting another coupe or a roadster next.
