Things I have discovered today...  
~ My BP spikes crazily when I'm exceptionally anxious. Normally it's around 120/70. In doctors on full on palpitations mode it's 190/109. Which is crazy high. Fortunately I very rarely get like that and it isn't worth them treating it unless it happens more often (because the treatment could put my normal BP too low)

~ Sometimes you have you just follow a knitting pattern even if it seems to make no sense. It often all falls together in the end. Or falls apart.

~ You really cannot teach 17 year olds who have had everything spoon fed to them to use logic and think for themselves. They're stuffed.

~ The couch to 10k program is a fabulous way to work out whilst watching TV if you use the iPhone pedometer to count calories.

~ I get excited over the strangest things - 'omg Nescafe's cappuccino cafe range comes with a little pot of chocolate sprinkles to pour on your drink!'

yikes on the BP thing *pets you*

do the docs think a mild anxiolytic might be in order? should lower your regular BP much but could prevent those crazy spikes. otherwise, i recommend meditation, exercise, and routine orgasms (don't look at me like that! they're medically proven to lower blood pressure!!!)

have you tried beating the 17 year olds upside the head until they forget stuff and have room for new input? *never could pass the teacher exams for some reason*

yay for knitting and walking and mmm, chocolate sprinkles...
