Beading, Baby Lions and a Bit of Snow
Well after the Highways Agency's dire warning to those in Kent to not make any car journeys unless we absolutely had to, I risked the whole 8 minute drive to work. It snowed at 11 for about two hours, looked very pretty and didn't settle. Maybe the HA were worried we'd get a bit chilly out there....

Managed to do a bit of Davina's workout I'd never done before tonight. Walked down the stair very wobbly legged after but managed to crawl to the sofa in time to watch Big Cat Diary. I love this show and only wish it was on more. Poor Tamu is having a rough time (but I'm amazed that she found two of her cubs after the lion attack).

I also played around with Facebook this afternoon when I couldn't be doing with any more marking. And now I've chosen and new theme and done some rejigging on here to fit in with my new banner. I'm being surprisingly constructive considering it was the first day back at work.

Just before I went to be yesterday I finished off the necklace I started on New Year's Eve. It's similar but different from the last one I did.

Now I'm going to go and sort out the rest of my beads into the handy bead tray/box I brought.

Then I might make some Jack/Martha icons for the hotness. Watching early season 3 again reminds me of how awesome she is and how much of a fool the Doctor is for thinking she isn't as good as Rose...

Ooh pretty. I don't have the patience to do all the bead threading like that, which is why I just do pendants.

I managed to do most of that whilst rewatching season 1 of Torchwood. It's surprising how much you can get done when distracted by Captain Jack.
